Certified Organic Wine

Throughout the entire company we apply the principles of organic agriculture and we are certified.

4 generations

The company was born in an ancient monastery of the Olivetan monks. We cultivate with agroecological methods, without chemicals or compromises. Every label is a work of art, every wine a piece of history.

  • Agroecological philosophy

The land is not exploited, it is listened to and regenerated.

  • 100% independent

Direct sales only. No trade fairs, no supermarket logic.

  • Tradition that innovates

Original wines, designer labels, shared weather station.

From vineyard to table, without shortcuts

Tastings with bread, pasta, oil and meat from our fields. A short supply chain, made only by those who put their face and hands into it.

The Vineyards

The small lake at the center of the vineyard creates a special microclimate and a natural reserve for animals and insects. The grapes, exclusively from our vineyards, are hand-picked in crates and vinified with traditional methods. All processing phases are coordinated by Giovanni Cenci.

The Cellar

Cantina Cenci is located in an ancient rural settlement from 1687 of the Olivetan Monks, expert selectors of lands suited to vine and olive cultivation. The estate is approximately 40 hectares of which 6 are vineyard. The soil composition is clay-sandy rich in limestone due to the notable presence of travertine slabs, a characteristic that gives the wines remarkable sapidity.
