Four Generations

Our winery was born within the walls of an ancient Olivetan monastery. We farm using agroecological methods—no chemicals, no compromises.

Each label is a work of art, each wine a piece of history.

  • Agroecological Philosophy

We don't exploit the land—we listen to it, and help it regenerate.

  • 100% Independent

We sell directly. No trade fairs, no supermarket logic.

  • Tradition Meets Innovation

Original wines, artist-designed labels, and a shared weather station.
